On your arrival at the Srinagar International Airport, you will be welcomed.our representative who will assist and escort you to your waiting vehicle. we will do some half a day of local sightseeing that includes a
visit to the famous Mughal gardens of Nishat and Shalimar. Built in
between a period of 14 years the two gardens are a heritage left behind
by the erstwhile Mughals, whose taste for laying exquisite gardens was
fascinating. With a backdrop of the sprawling Zabarwan mountains,
the gardens boast of green turfs, blooming flowers and cascading
water fountains. We will explore the gardens and later drive back to
the hotel / houseboat for a inner and Overnight stay.

We begin our second day with a sumptous breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast we will drive to the majestic mountain resort of Sonamarg. The route towards Sonamarg takes us on a picturesque country side drive where we will come across rolling hills, green forests, clear water streams and blooming rice fields. We will zoom past the town of Kangan which handles all the local needs of this region. From Kangan, we will drive towards Mammar, famous for its trout farm and stopover for a warm cup of tea before we head towards Sonamarg. We will once again alight from our vehicles at the tourist spot of Gagangir. The spot is built in the middle of the river Sindh and looks like an island with snow glaciers covering one or the other spot. In Sonamarg we will take a 3 hour walk or horseback trip to the Thajwass glacier. After our return we will visit the small town market for some snacks or just pay a visit observing the local people going with thier daily routine. We will drive back to Srinagar in the evening and transfer to the hotel / houseboats for our overnight stay.
In the morning drive to Gulmarg, the meadow of flowers. The route from Srinagar to Gulmarg is fascinating. You will be mesmerized by its beauty. Gulmarg is famous all over the world for Skiing and Snowboarding. During the British Raj, Gulmarg hosted the Britishers and Europeans and as such they created a European hill resort and named it Gulmarg. In Gulmarg you would be able to find European surroundings and 18-hole Golf Course you will proceed to enjoy the world's highest cable car ride called Gondola Ride (COST NOT INCLUDED) which has 2 phases. The second phase takes you up to 14000 ft above sea level. On the same day, you can experience pony ride along with sledge ride on snow based on the availability of snow.After fully enjoying the Gulmarg. Evening back towards Srinagar. Overnight stay at Srinagar houseboat.
After early breakfast you should get ready for the day of activity. Leave from your hotel refreshed and satiated with your breakfast and move towards Pahalgam. The journey will take around 3 and half hour and you should visit famous Awantipora Ruins and Saffron fields on the way. Awantipora ruins are known for being ancient Hindu temples during the reign of King Avantiman who ruled during AD 855-833 You should visit the Aru Valley, Chandanwari valley and Betaab valley ( COST NOT INCLUDED). They are all famous for being the site for Bollywood movies. If you have a taste for adventure rides then a visit to Pahalgam club, Children Park, and Zoo is a must. Check in to your hotel and relax yourself with delicious dinner and a night stay.
Today after breakfast check out from pahalgam hotel & proceed towards Srinagar. After reaching srinagar proceed towards the famous shopping malls. You can do lots of shopping in malls as kashmir is famous for its handicrafts. Later Move towards Dal lake do check in at houseboat & enjoy 1 hour complimentary Shikara Ride From our end. Dinner & Overnight stay at houseboat.
